Since 1995 we are a trusted partner in the field of selection, development and career assessments, from operational level to executive level. We provide the assessments offline as well as online. Offline at one of our locations, or at your location. The online assessments take place with Skype, Webex or MS Teams Online. Our online assessments have already been used for our international clients and participants who are located abroad, but due to the Corona COVID-19 crisis our assessments are taking place online more and more.

Online assessments have many advantages. They are time efficient, good for the environment and more flexible.

The assessment usually provides insight into current talents and capabilities, but often also into areas of development.
