The offline career assessment at our office mainly helps to provide insight into a tangible future perspective. With our career assessment, insight will be gained into talents, ambition, motives and possible career steps. Current capacities and skills will become clear, but also the areas where real gains can be made within the context of the desired career step or direction of development.

A CAREER ASSESSMENT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS

1. Intake: to ensure that the assessment seamlessly matches your specific question.
2. Online tests: the participant will complete various online capacity tests and questionnaires prior to the assessment;
3. The participant makes a self-description prior to the assessment. We will provide the format for this self-description;
4. Interview: topics will for example be current functioning, personal development, motives and ambition, as well as the self-description
5. Behavioral component is optional (*): this is often a role play, but can also consist of a different type of simulation depending on the exact goal of the assessment. This part is aimed at assessing (behavioral) skills. The role plays will be done by professional role-playing actors;
6. The assessment report will first be shared with the participant;
7. After permission of the participant, the report is securely shared with the client.
