OFFLINE DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT

An offline development assessment at our location gives you a razor-sharp view of the talents and development opportunities of the participant in their current position. It also maps out which competencies are not easily developed. In this way, the development assessment provides a solid ground for a sound and feasible development plan or growth trajectory.

A DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

1. Intake: to ensure that the assessment seamlessly matches your specific question.
2. Online tests: prior to the assessment, the participant will complete a number of online capacity tests and personality questionnaires. This saves travel time and gives the participant extra flexibility;
3. The participant makes a self-description prior to the assessment. The format for this is provided by us to the participant;
4. 360-degree feedback is optional (*). The participant will ask managers, colleagues and possibly cooperation partners to fill this out. A total of 3 people will fill in the 360-degree feedback form. We will provide the format for this;
5. Interview: topics will for example be current functioning, personal development, motives and ambition, as well as the self-description and the findings from the 360-degree feedback;
6. Behavioral component is optional (*): this is often a role play, but can also consist of a different type of simulation depending on the exact goal of the assessment. This part is aimed at assessing (behavioral) skills. The role plays will be done by professional role-playing actors;
7. The assessment report will first be shared with the participant;
8. After permission of the participant, the report will be shared with the client.
