AN ONLINE REMOTE DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS

1. Intake: to ensure that the assessment seamlessly matches your specific question.
2. Online tests: prior to the assessment, the participant will complete a number of online capacity tests and personality questionnaires. This saves travel time and gives the participant extra flexibility;
3. The participant makes a self-description prior to the assessment. The format for this is provided by us to the participant;
4. 360-degree feedback is optional (*).. The participant will ask managers, colleagues and possibly cooperation partners to fill this out. A total of 3 people will fill in the 360-degree feedback form. We will provide the format for this;
5. Interview: topics will for example be current functioning, personal development, motives and ambition, as well as the self-description and the findings from the 360-degree feedback;
6. To replace the role-play, the online assessment is extended with a structured competency-based interview;
7. The assessment report will first be shared with the participant;
8. After permission of the participant, the report will be shared with the client.
