After the recruitment and start of new employees, we are able to prevent any premature outflow with short, efficient and effective interventions. After the selection process and when the new employee is hired, we make specific agreements with you about the interventions to be deployed. This service is called Performance Support. We can also support your existing employees with this service.
In addition, we can provide skills training, which we give under the name ROTS training. The assessment usually provides insight into talents and capacities, but often also into development areas. After the assessment, clients and participants often ask our consultants whether they are willing to coach or train these development areas further.
Based on 25 years of experience and approximately 85,000 behavioural assessments, we have identified 4 skills that have the most impact on impactful and effective communication. These skills form the basis for our ROTS training.
