Pre Assessments are online tests that are being deployed as a pre-selection tool, mostly in large-scale recruitment processes for our bigger clients.
Prior to a national or international recruitment campaign, together with our clients we set up the criteria for the future employees.
We can offer a variety of online tests and make a quick and careful first selection for you. This provides a quick insight into someone’s intellect, personality structure and motives. An automated report will be generated. If preferred we can add a brief, written analysis by one of our consultants.
Based on this pre-selection, applicants are then interviewed by recruiters or HR advisor, possibly in the presence of a future manager. Candidates passing this selection round will then take part in an Offline Assessment at our location or a Remote Online Assessment. One of our consultants will be happy to advise you on our working method and rates for setting up and conducting Pre Assessments.
It is also possible to hire one of our advisors to independently conduct job interviews at your office or possibly in consultation with a manager, HR advisor or recruiter. We can then act as an IN HOUSE advisor for you.
Depending on the number of tests to be used and the scale of the assignment, we offer a competitive rate per online purchase. If desired, our advisors can support you in interpreting the tests. Depending on the content of the consultancy work, we will make a tailor-made rate for you.
